Greetings, I really need some help here. Maybe the answer is what I think it is, but...
I bought 4 of the GigaByte GA-81915p Duo-a, p4 3.0, GT6600 PCIe, 2x512 kit (Corsair & Kingston - Bot sets matched pairs)
I built 3 systems and they boot and are up and running. The 3rd system will not post at all. No beeps. I have swapped out:
CPU
PWS
RAM - only one stick as will none of them will boot in to Dual Channel mode at all.
Video
All those swapped out boot up on other system.
I RMA'ed the MB and got another. Same thing!
I am runing a Antec case with 380 Watt PWS. Could be low I know, but other three are fine. 2x10 connectors... I installed a 2x10 to 2x12 expansion plug between PWS and MB power plug.
CPU and panel fans spin up. If I have IDE and Sata's plugged in they power up and spin.
I am at a huge loss. Any help appreciated. It may be another bad MB... I have checked for grounding out by pulling the board and trying to boot out of case with same results.
