No post emoticon except 'Like'?

I only have the thumbs up emoticon.
I see others using other emoticons to rate posts.

im using IE v11

why am I not seeing the other choices?

Hover over (or long-press) the thumbs-up. A bunch of other options appear above it. You may have to scroll right to see some of them on a phone.

im on my pc and only the thumbs up icon appears above when I hover on the thumbs up.

I get the same - hover over thumbs up and I get another thumbs up in a circle, and clicking on it does not reveal more emoticons. I'm using the same browser on PC as Jedi.

Yeah, IE 11 doesn't work. Just quit using it. 🙂

It works perfectly for me - I can do without emoticons. 🙂
