No option to share printers or drives?

Hello All,
I must be going crazy or something..."Control Panel"-"Network"-"File and Print Sharing"
both boxes checked. Reboot and right click on my printer or a drive letter..the option to select sharing is not there. How would I get that option back? It was there before, because I share my printer with another computer on my LAN. Now I can't, What's up with that?
