No one wants to go to a concert when it's raining???

So Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson are on tour together and are playing in Chattanooga, TN tonight. If you look at the weather map, it's gonna rain all day and tonight as well. I checked the listserv at work and everyone is selling their tickets for half price. Makes me mad that I paid $110 for the pair cause I could buy some for $60.

I plan on standing in the rain and getting drenched. I have leather seats in my car and need to have the inside cleaned anyhow.

No matter who the artist is, I have given up going to outdoor concerts. For what they charge these days, I will require a venue that allows me to be dry and comfortable. Paying in the neighborhood of $50 or more to be cold and/or wet just isn't that appealing.

Although I won't comment on the music (it ain't that bad guys lol) I will say rainy concerts are teh suck. Hope it holds off for ya!

Saw their stadium tour last year. Willie Nelson was great. Bob Dylan was typical Bob Dylan of late and while enjoyable, nothing great. Have a good time.

I attended a Dylan Concert about 6 years ago and it was probably the most disappointing show I have ever seen.What ever he had was long gone and I can honestly state that I wouldn't walk across the street to see him perform even if it was for free.

Willie Nelson on the other hand might be cool to see. From what I've read he is releasing a new album that is going to be made up entirely of Reggae Music. I wonder how all the Good Old Boys who like Willie will respond to that?

Seen both, they are both entertaining, nothing I'd pay to see again but I'd go if it was free.

Def not worth standing in the rain for.

I've met Willie, he's a really nice guy IRL, unlike Neil Young, who was a complete asshole in person.

I saw Bob Dylan a few years ago ni Madison Square Garden. Decent show. Couldn't understand a word he said, but it was enjoyable.

The only outdoor concert I've been to was on very crappy, rainy day in the Meadowlands (sp?). It was an all day show with Beastie Boys, Beck, Blur, bunch of others, and Radiohead. Beck didn't play cause he got injured back stage :-/
