no one can beat newegg in terms of customer satisfaction

bought a nu dvd burner from gameve.com, drive was defective returned on friday received on monday but wasn't posted as received/ready to process until wednesday(may 26). now its thursday(june 3, more then a week ago) and the status still say received/ready to process, not refunded yet. wtf? newegg takes about 2-3 days to to refund and another 2-3 days to show up on your cc/debit card. btw NU burner sucks!
I will think twice about shopping anywhere else ever again, newegg is the best! screw the rest!

newegg refurb is in the gray area, without the quick RMA I would in deep shiz! most of them have some sort of problems. one fried my mobo supply and I had to return it
now their new policy is that you cannot refund on most refurbs
