Syncro diving is kind of silly, but spring board diving is one of my favorite events to watch.

You get a profound sense of respect for these divers when you actually try to do even the most basic of dives. Such as an inward 1 1/2 or forward 2 1/2 or reverse 1 1/2.

I was on my schools diving team for a while. My coach said I had the most potential on the team (I had good form and could jump very high), but I couln't stand flopping on my face or back every time I tried to do a new dive.
