If I set a restore point, clear all the old hardware drivers, and plug it in? Cause, no other HD, no win xp disk... that's pretty much my only option if I wanna get going within 4-5 days =/
 
A crappy one from 2001 to an asus a8v..

I hate to say it but I'm so much out of money that I might have to go for a pirated copy of xp =/

actually tho, to get a pirated copy i'd need to know someone to get it from.

i'll probably just put linux on instead.. been meaning to learn it for a while anyway.
