I posted this in tech support but this forum category would have been a better choice... Please take a look and let me know if you have any ideas. I'll be RMA'ing the board tomorrow if I cant figure it out.

Its a Realtek...

So it appears to be my router that is the problem. I tried an old router and it worked fine. I may try resetting the router to its default settings to see if that fixes anything.
