No more program specific bindings w/ Intellipoint?

I just formatted and went through the normal procedure of downloading all the new drivers etc etc so naturally I got the new Intellipoint software. I installed it and all is well but I can't seem to find where to set the mouse buttons differently for different programs, anyone know how to do this with Intellipoint 5?
 
The Intellipoint 5.x release removed a bunch of the alternat button bindings as well as the program -specific bindings. Way to go MS!!

You've gotta go back to 4.x to enable those features again. Hopefully you have a copy saved on your drive. 🙂
