my new year's resolution was to be more consistant in what I want to do. one of those things was to stop procrastinating. I just finished ordering flowers for my girl for Valentines day...A MONTH EARLY! I feel prepared, w00t! :D

Holy S#!@ that's a great idea!

I'm going to make it my new years resolution never to procrastinate again since I haven't gotten around to making one yet.

Mind it to hand my Thesis project in early WITHOUT pulling an all nighter THE DAY BEFORE the thing has to be handed in!

haha...one time...actually a couple semesters ago...I had this big paper due. It was a minimum of 10 pages, plus a 10 minute in-class PowerPoint presentation. I signed up to go first, figuring that if I put enough pressure on myself that I'd get it done early. Nope, didn't work. It was due on a Tuesday. I ended up skipping class Monday and pulling an all-day marathon to get it finished. I got 100% on it the next day. I couldn't believe it, I laughed so hard when I got my grade.

that reminds me of this one Calvin and Hobbes comic strip...Calvin is playing in a sandbox and Hobbes comes over and says, "hey Calvin, don't you have to write a paragraph that's due tomorrow?" He says, "Yes, but I'm waiting for the right mood to set in." "What mood is that?" "Last minute panic."

lol

I had to take an ethnicity class a few years ago, so I took "Chicana Studies" with some of my friends. In this class, I wrote a night-before seven-page paper on two books I didn't read and received a 97%. That only further convinced me that the department needs to be dissolved.

and when she dumps you 2 days before valentines day, or you find out she's sleeping with your boss, then what?!?

well, since she's my fiancee, I'd hope that wouldn't happen :)
