No more problems

If it would get anybody to maybe suggest somethign to try, I did a quick nmap of my xp systems. both are showing no ports open at all. The built-in firewall is NOT on though, and they can connect to ftp and suh fine through localhost... what could be stopping other things from connecting? (including my linux box)
 
Alright... maybe just some help witha smaller problem I am having.... lets jsut go with the vpn...

The cisco dialer works when WAP is turned off, but since it gives me a false sense of security I prefer it on. WHen it is on it does not work... suggestions?
