They always use this when they release there fake subs and other tricks when the admins get really bored.
Also its not worthwhile for for them drop naruto and bleach. True pokemon is hotter then both of the two anime combined, according to japans TV raitings, i highly doubt they will drop bleach yet alone naruto.
Also the creator of naruto also anounced that the black hole of fillers will soon be over Feb. 2007. This was released on the latest shuon jump comics. I dont know if this is a real statement, but so far a lot of creditual sites are quotting this statement again.
Honestly the only way they would shut down naruto and bleach would most likely be for legal reasons. And if they really really really do stop subbing, AonE has said they will start subbing naruto once it comes out of its GAY Fillers. So we can always goto AonE for it like i have for AMG after solar decided to drop the series due to legal reasons.
