Ok, so it wasn't really a mullet to begin with, the hair on the top wasn't puffy enough...thank god. ;)

But I got a haircut today, they hacked off about 2 inches, and now the back is halfway down my neck instead of past my shoulders, only about a half inch longer than my bangs. Another month and I'll finally be able to pull my hair back into a ponytail and keep it out of my face! 'til then I'll still be wearing my had...but at least I'll look a little less like Jay from Jay and Silent Bob. :)

I don't know what that guy looks like, but I take it that's a bad thing. Thanks a lot. :p
You could at least wait til I post a picture of how my hair looks NOW. Should have one later today...

Ok, I've heard the term "mullet" a few times already before this, but I still haven't got the slightest idea what it means. Someone please tell me. :confused:

I didn't know til recently either. ;) From what I can gather, it was sorta popular in the '80s, and it's where you have long hair in the back, but big puffy hair on top. I think that now that my hair is almost all the same length, it's no longer considered a mullet. :)

you can't tie that back now?

i guess it depends on how low you are tying it. mine's shaved up the back and sides, so i tie it up higher. don't need so much length.

I can tie it back, but my hair is so thick, about half of it comes out. And the bangs are still a bit too short, they come down to my chin.
