no more IRP stack location

I am having a strange problem & I am not able to pin point the source.
It started when I created a new user "Standard" within "power user group" in win 2000 pro SP4.

I wanted to log on as a new user & I got this blue screen "no more IPR stack location" & some x00x0.....values before the message.
It said that the mini dump is saved I cant read that file to know the source of problem, where to find that mini dump file & how do I read that.

Now on every boot I get this error though I deleted that user in safe mode & finally I can run the comp but this problem is happening again on every 2nd or 3rd boot up.
Dont know if my wifi usb stick is creating the problem or my zone alarm is having some trouble or something in my windows is curropted.

What to do to find more info on the source of this problem

Hope someone can help.
Regards

Ranjan

I found the temperory solution & that might be the source of the problem too, it was zone alarm version 6 which is causing that blue screen, after uninstalling it the problem seems to be solved.

I still would like to know how to read those dmp files.
