That's it. I have had it with Futuregg! Ever since they changed their name from Newegg things have gone downhill.

I ordered EVGA GTX 9999 yesterday afternoon and specifically opted in to the TeleporterPrime shipping service (free trial).

When it finally arrived hours later it was clear that they didn't have these primed and ready on banks of teleporters and some order-filler actually had to go pick it from the warehouse and bring it to one on the legacy shipping dock. Hello?! That's only still around for the few things that are too big to fit in the demolecularization base of the teleporter origin station or contain those materials that generate dangerous levels of radiation when teleported!

Anyway, it turned out not to be what I wanted so I decided to get a refund but they refused to process me with instant refund. Why? Because I didn't qualify for having a return-teleporter sent to me during the free trial! Who on Earth can afford to have a home teleporter origin station anyway?! I called them up and made a stink screaming "How am I supposed to send this thing back to get my money returned today?!" and they told me that I could go to my town's Federal Post and Transport Office and use theirs. Umm, not only are they closed but they are inconvenient. The whole point of sending me a return teleporter is that I can get my refund, buy what I really wanted, and drop the return teleporter off at the closest Transport Office at my convenience after it locks down and refuses to operate (until returned/reset).

On top of that they shipped it VIA SmartPort! Everyone knows that uses Trivial Item Transport Protocol and can result in transcription errors that might damage the product and take a whole other hour to resolve as their clueless order-filler stumbles over his own feet to pull another!

I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor and all he kept telling me was that SmartPort was my choice. WTF?! I wasn't ordering a $9.99 ULB InfiniDrive with free teleporting, I ordered a $659 render module and they defaulted to $3.99 for teleporting.

This is my last purchase from them. Futuregg has become one arrogant company with lousy customer support!

I want to punch you in the throat, but the parody isn't worth the effort. What am I to do?

I'm deducting points because you failed to account for inflation.
While $1 may not equal exactly $1 hyperdollar in the Big Mac index, the advent of teleportation has changed the comparative value of many goods. In the time of Futuregg, transportation costs of raw and finished goods is nearly zero. At this time we are on the cusp of developing such technology and Futuregg is not as far off as it seems. The transportation savings alone were enough to offset inflation for this particular item.

Satisfactory. Points restored. Carry on.
