No more free paper at Office Depot

my local office depot used to give $3 off any item or a ream of paper for a empty/used HP ink cartridges.

apparently they stopped doing free paper as of this summer. 🙁

I use staples. $3 for each returned cartridge, and 10% off new cartridges and paper.
