Hi,
When I installed WinXP, I chose Fresh Install Dual boot option. But now I want to totally transfer to WinXP. The OS's are on 2 different drives...so I figure I just need to delete the OS I don't want but I need to get rid of the boot menu, how do I do that?
Thanks

What are the two OSes? (I know XP is one of them, but what is the other)

Right-click My Computer, hit Properties, choose Advanced tab and hit Startup and Recovery Settings. Edit the startup options file manually and remove the line for the OS you removed. (it's just a text file)

Don't remove the wrong one!

make a backup of your boot.ini file (hidden system file in the c: root folder), delete the line of the OS you don't want, save, reboot...

or... you can edit the boot.ini, keep all those lines there if you don't want to mess with them, and change the timeout to 0 seconds, that way the menu won't show up at all
