Just trying to figure out if there are any Micro ATX Motherboards out there I'd like to buy a dekstop case that would go to my HTPC but I can't find any mobos to work with my CPU.

Thanks
Phil

Those three are seemingly the only ones available at this time. The two Foxconns differ in trimmings (Firewire?). The Foxconns only have two DIMM slots and are Nforce4. The MSI is ATI and have four DIMM slots and integrated video as well as PCI-E 16X.

I run the Foxconn ERS version. So far it's been a great board for my MCE system. Given the inherent limitations of matx, the only downside to the Foxconn is the lack of optical/cox digital audio output and a ridiculously loud chipset fan. I changed out the chipset fan for a Zalman passive fan and added a small fan. Good board for a system that runs 24/7.

Oh, and it overclocks too! I have my 3000+ running with a 220mhz bus speed with cheap ram. Overclocking adjustments are limited so don't expect a huge overclock out of this board.

Personally, I wouldn't use a PC Chips or PC Partner board.

I also thought Octek was out of business, but apparently not. They used to make great boards in the 486 and Pentium days, but very expensive.

This is as complete a list as I can come up with in 10 minutes.
