Dude. Your acne is from puberty. Masturbating or not masturbating will not affect your hormones in anyway. It will not cause hair to grow out of your palms and it will not make you go blind unless you hit yourself in the eye... (j/k)

If you want to quit for a month to see if you can then go for it. But it won't clear up your skin and it won't change your hormones.
