I guess it's not his fault my lousy landlord didn't shovel the walk.🙁
 
Tell me about it.... My g/f fell on her ass the otehr day b/c no one shoveled the stair way. I offered to break her legs so we can sue FTW😉
 
Shovel your own damn walkways. I even shovel the public sidewalk and salt it in front of my apartment.
 
maybe they are just later than normal
