No M.2 with Sabertooth x79

Im using ASUS expansion card M.2 adapter, I put it on that and performance is same or slower then 850

Did I do something wrong,, why this happening..
 
ASUS expansion card , to 4x mini 3.0 I put it in the card and put it in a PCIe ,, Im thinking of putting my video card on boards second video card slot ,, and put the M.2 first.... slot ,,, sighs IM getting horrible benchmarking , non of them work properly and give false results.
