No luck creating a steam account

Everytime I enter the username, email etc and agree to terms and hit enter it says " Please verify your humanity by re-entering the characters below"

I assume it is saying I am getting he captcha wrong but I have done it several times, case sensitive and not.
 
You can also try using the Steam client itself to create the account. You don't need to already have an account to download and install it.
 
Using something like NoScript? Double-check what you're blocking. IIRC Recaptcha polls from 2-3 different sites.

Do you have any ad-blocker software installed on your browser?

I have seen times where ad blockers also block images from the website - such as people not being able to see buttons or certain images.
