I dated a girl for five years, from 18-23. During the time I was dating her, I pretty much ignored the dating scene, wasn't interested if other girls liked me, etc.
Now that I'm single again, I've realized that short guys have a MUCH harder time getting girls interested in them.
Right now I'm 6'3 and I think I've found a girl that I might want to date. So I'm trying to hook up my buddy with a girl so we can hang out. My friend is really good looking, rich as hell, 25 years old, dresses nice... I think of him as a ladies man. But when I try and set him up with girls, they tell me, "Well, he's just a little too short." He's 5'9.
I've had conversations with other girls asking them about certain guys, and the "oh he's hot, but he's too short" seems to come up a LOT.
Do you guys think this is the truth, or are the girls I'm talking to just atypical?
