no love for A7N8X 1.06 and earlier?

Hey all, just visited Asus' site and they have a new bios update for all ver 2.0 boards however this same bios is not available for earlier revision boards (1.06 and earlier). Does Asus plan to continue support for these ealier boards? I found it a bit strange that they would not also offer a bios upgrade as I own the 1.06 revision of their board.
