im trying to browes the other pc's on my home network. i get the message no logon service avalible. this is when browesing from the server (windows 2000 server). i also some times get the message a trust relationship failed. the systems and users are in the active directory and show up in network places.. i can view the server and its contentes from the my systems. what the hell am i doing wrong???

most of the time this is because of name resolutions.

Make sure DNS or WINS is setup correctly to get to your DC

The Trust Relationship Failed error message usually means that one of the Domain Members (server or wkstn) has lost it's secure channel to the domain.

Fix: Logon to the member (w/ Administrator privileges), move him to a workgroup. <reboot> Logon to the member (Local ID w/ Administrator privileges), move him back to the domain. <reboot>.
