No joy with DriveImage, SCSI boot, RAID data

I boot off a 36GB SCSI drive and I run 2 WD 120's in a RAID 0. I wanted to back up the boot drive to the RAID drive. DriveImage acts like it's going to work, says it needs to reboot, and then nothing happens.

Anybody know of any tricks to make this work?

I also wish you could go to DVD-R or +R, whether IDE attached or Firewire. I haven't found anything that'll do that. Anybody have any luck with any of this?
 
I got DriveImage 2002 - then found it would not access Firewire. So - it became shelfware. I expect Powerquest to fix that in their next revision - but until then - bummer!
