"Mandela effect"?

I was more like, "Huh, he finally kicked the bucket. Too late to matter, though."

I also assumed they had been lying about zombie-Fidel for years, so yeah. "They finally admit it! Wake up, sheeple!"

I was kind of expecting that he would have had the foresight to record a 72 hour eulogy. I was a bit bummed he didn't outlast one more U.S. President. He was so close.

Obama being friendly to Cuba's what did him in. He was living on pure hate, and kept going just to piss the US off.

That was me too. I then got annoyed as I realized news outlets would be more choked with ignorant speculation and opinion than usual for about a week. These things happen though.

I read the paper every day so I knew he was still alive but in poor health and that he'd passed control of Cuba on to his brother.

I'm still stunned Kirk Douglas is 100.

My mom, whom works at a nursing home knows a lady that's 106. But apparently she isn't doing so good now and her birthday is in May. She will more than likely not reach 107. The woman is very alert and everything too! She also crochets!
