No JBAT1 on MSi Neo4-F, so how do I reset BIOS?

did you read your manual 😕

its that little red buttom under the sata plugs. hold it while you turn on the computer. its on pg. 2-25 in the manual.
 
Yeah I know about the CMOS button, but I am looking to reset the BIOS version if at all possible. Someone mentioned you could do it with the JBAT jumper.

you mean like revert back to an old bios? i think you have to download the old one and then flash it.
