i recently set up windows xp and installed all my drivers and whatnot on my new computer. but when i try to get on the internet it doesnt work. when i try to use the network setup wizard in the control panel it says i have to install and configure my drivers. but my LAN port is integrated in my motherboard and i already installed the motherboard drivers. how can i get windows to recognize the LAN port?

The Drivers to the NIC part of the motherboard are usually stand alone drivers and not part of the Motherboard drivers.

Make sure that you actually have the LAN (Network Card) Drivers, remove the Ghost Reboot and install the NIC drivers.

I have the same problem right now, they are not even shown in the Device Manager...

I have a 3com and NVIDIA chip integrated in my system
