no intake fan

I have a case with only 1 exhaust fan at the back and there are no places to install an intake fan.

my question is,
Will there be any problems like overheating because i plan to get a gtx 960 and a new psu next year.

my specs
lenovo k330 case
i5-2300@2.8Ghz
6GB RAM
P67 motherboard
Gt 420
Acbel 280w psu

Based on the low TDP seen on GTX970/980, the GTX960 might just have a TDP low enough to make it doable with that case.

One aspect to consider while picking a GPU for this particular case with limited fan mounts is to get one that is using a blower style heatsink(reference cards). An open design heatsink(3rd party manufacturers) would exhaust too much hot air and will affect the temps of the CPU.

Maybe, but you should be able to transplant the system into a new case, if needed. Looking at photos, it looks like plain microATX. We know no specs on the GTX 960, so it would be hard to say.
