Don't let the "No Hyper Z!" in the description fool you...

It's disabled from factory, unlike other Radeon cards, so you'll know you are buying a card that lacks Hyper-Z...but with a few minor tweaks... 🙂

ATi (nor Althon Micro, for that matter) has never acknowledged that the Radeon LE has HyperZ (even though it's enabled from the factory in OpenGL). It was found by someone who wanted to know the differences between the Radeon 32mb DDR and the Radeon LE, and just happened to compare the two registry settings.

I do know however, that by setting the registry to enable the HyperZ that my LE supposedly doesn't have, I gain about 160 marks in 3DMark2001.

No hyperZ thats why you have to hack for it.

If you don't like hacking use tweaker to do the job for you. Like powerstrip or Radoen tweaker. I personally recommend the Radeon tweaker, wrote for Radeon more options.
