No HD rails?

Most standard cases just use screws. Short ones if the case is bare metal, long ones with a smooth / unthreaded section if the cage has rubber grommets.

Screws came with your case.

Did your case come with a friendly manual?

Usually cases come with enough rails to mount every device possible. It is not common for HDs to be shipped with rails.

This is the Coolermaster Cent. 534

I "lost" them when I rma'd my mobo, accidently slipped em in there <_<.

Right now ive got the hd running on a thin slice of foam, folded over 4 times. Temp is no issue, its at 35c. Can i just put in on the bottom of my case on this piece of foam?

yes I have a ide hdd sitting on bottom of my case as it's transfering files off to my new 1 ide port mobo.. i hate that.. can't have any ide hdds since those 2 they give you are pretty much reserved for dvd and dvd-rw
