Um, I think he mean's that its just the Google picture, not anything else like how they have been putting different pictures up for the seasons, etc..

no if you hit ctrl + f5 it will prevent you from loading the page directly from your cache

Actually, I think it is Shift+F5.

Or, maybe I'm just crazy... I can't really remember which one it is.
