no! god! why!?

i had a panasonic cell phone that eventually got so you had to hit it on the table to make it work. i replaced it a few months ago with a new sony-ericsson. now it's doing the same crap, too! you have to hit it on something to make it connect to calls.

why god? what have i done to deserve this cruel fate?
