No games, just photography/editing

Looking for graphics card $60 or less that would be good for programs like Photoshop. No gaming on this 'puter, just looking for smooth operation in handling and editing images. No video. Suggestions?

Matrox G400 or G450. Best 2d quality and the dual monitor support is the best in the business 9which makes photo editing really really nice).
