umm other than the fact that there are no peer-reviewed papers even remotely supporting the idea that there is no global warming... sure. Just like the smoking/cancer issue, it's happening whether you believe it or not...

That's kind of a false argument as there are scientists out there who would like to sumbmit contrarian work but are refused peer review/publication.

And who knows, maybe these people are crackpots. But without some sort of critical, unbiased peer review, how would you know? This brings us to the contention that I always bring up which is that GW is a one sided issue where dissention and challenge of the status quo is immediately quashed. THERE IS NO OPEN DEBATE ON THE SUBJECT.

Accepting only the evidence that supports your side while ignoring everything else is bad science. And that is the status of GW in the scientific community right now.

Those that are in denial about global warming are just lost iin thier own investment$.

That is a great link. As we can see, we cannot always believe that what we see in peer-reviewed journals is the whole story.
