No drives were found. Win7 first install HELP!

OP, which SATA port are you plugged into? If it's one of the white right angle ports, try moving the drive to one of the blue ports or vis versa. All your SATA ports should be coming off the B75, so this shouldn't matter but it's still worth a shot.

Oh? But on ny computer it already says my HDD is C:

C: is always the System drive of the current computer. If you've plugged this drive into another computer (the computer then having two HDDs), you should see it as some other letter.

Oh, sorry mfenn, i didn't see the next page button. I would try that but my computer is at the store being looked at at the moment, but thanks for the advice anyway!
