no display with gfx card -> not enough watts on PSU?

I have a Chaintech NF3 motherboard and Athlon64 2800+ with an Antec 380W PSU. I've been working with a Quadro4 980 XGL for awhile, and I decided I should probably move up.

So I got a QuadroFX 3000, which says on here http://pny.com/products/quadro/fx/3000fx.asp
"350W Power Supply with one available drive bay power connector". I plugged in the power connecter, but when I power on I get no display.

Think it's the PSU?

Have you tried reseating it and so forth?

A 380watt antec should have no problem powering something that recommends a 350watt PSU.

Yea I have tried, I have it on a KVM so I tried taking it off of that (which was a hassle) and playing around with it. Reseated about 8 times can't get a display

no i've had it for about 8 months now, and it works fine with the current card, but the new card doesn't display ONLY on that system; it displays fine on 3 other systems.

well, it could have been the back of hte AGP plug causing it to not be seated all the way. I'm not sure what it was, exactly.
