NO Display Properties Tabs in Win XP Pro ?

I upgraded my wifes PC from Win 98SE to Win XP Pro. Now when I open the display properties all the tabs (themes, desktop, screen saver, appearance, setting) at the top of this window are missing. She has a Visiontek G3 Ultra and 21.83 drivers. Any ideas how to fix this?

Did you "upgrade" over 98? If so it sounds to me like a driver conflict, the Win 9x series aren't compatable with 2000/XP. Although XP probably installed it's default drivers, it sounds like there may be conflicting registry entries.
I'd find some XP drivers, whatever you prefer although I've had good luck with the 27.42s, and do a clean re-install with the new drivers.
