Question No display, no beep , no usb power

Biostar tb 250 btc pro
4gb ram ddr4
Cpu G4400T
850w antec neo

I am not getting display from mobo or external gpu and also there is no usb power keyboard and mouse not working but gpu powered fan and cpu fan is spining and no
Beep

This is a bitcoin board.
They have been known to have a lot of issues.
I assume your trying to post with only 1 GPU plugged in correct?
Because if you have a bunch of GPU's plugged in, you need to find which one is the master though trial and error.
