no display and no signal

my desktop is not displaying anything on the screen so i thought my graphics card died so i bought a new one from best buy and still nothing not even the bios screen. i even switched out monitor to check if it was the monitor, still no signal or display, when i turn on my comp i see everything running and also the motherboard light is on. So do u guys think it is a hard drive problem or motherboard problem or something else

Did you install the new driver for the new video card?
the monitor does not display anything i am not sure if anything is booting up, but all the fans are running on cpu, gpu ect so i think power supply is ok , but nothing pops up on the screen not even bios? is it a hard drive crash or mother board?

Do you here a POST beep? Try resetting the CMOS chip and see what happens.
What are your specs? Mobo, VGA. CPU, RAM, etc.
