It's interesting that Canada's schedule says:
"The schedule for most previously vaccinated individuals is one dose per year, with two doses per year for some higher risk individuals."
It also says earlier on that those under 65 can still receive vaccination. And then they also maintain the recommendation that pregnant people get vaccinated, whereas the FDA and what have decided to backtrack for no reason beyond having kooks in charge.
These things suggest that the table and information published in that NEJM article are dishonestly presented to push a narrative of reducing vaccine use in the US.
