No borders on textfield in netscape

I don't want to have borders on textfield areas.
This Css syntax only works on Msie:

.form1 { border-style: none}

Is there another way to make it also work on netscape ?

Netscape doesn't conform 100% to CSS1 (or to put it simply: no way with NN4.xx)
