EDIT!: Alright, sorry guys. False alarm. I did indeed miss a cable; hooked it up and putting the 9800 GTX through its paces now. Silky smooth so far... I'll see what I can do to kill my framerate.
Thanks anyway.

Greets. Just bought a new PSU (Antec EarthWatts 650W) and a new video card (BFG 9800 GTX) today. These two components replace an Allied 300W PSU and an eVGA 7600 GT.
Now on to the problem. I got home and immediately installed the two new components. The PCI-e six-pins in place, the 20-pin on the mobo, so forth. I've checked and double-checked, everything seems to be in place. I set the tower down and hooked all my hardware back up (monitor, etc) and started it up. I got past the Powergistic boot screen (That's the store the comp was originally built at) and was then greeted by a screen which talks of an "Intel Boot System" (That is indeed the manufacturer of my mobo, and my CPU is an Intel Dual Core 6400) - It lists my PC's MAC address and then, at the bottom, is apparently querying some server...
"DHCP..." [tick, tick, tick]
If I unhook my ethernet cable, it immediately fails. If not, and I wait, it tells me that it cannot find a bootable device of some sort. My guess is that my master HDD (one of two) is not getting power and thus not booting Windows. Yes, I did neglect to uninstall the old nVidia drivers before attempting to install the 9800 GTX if that might have any bearing on this problem. After I post this, I'm going to try uninstalling the 9800 GTX and starting to see if that will help.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks anyway.
