If I boot my new system from a cold state with the P4 plug no boot. It dosn't even power on enough to spin the fans all the way around.. I then have to flip the switch on the back of the psu to try again. If I remove the 4 pin it fires right up no problem.. I can then install the 4pin and reset or restart with no problems. This is all with the OCZ 600 Powerstream...no problems with the Fortron 530(an old one). Tried removing hardware...took everything apart...tried different video cards...just video card, PSU, mobo, and fan for the XP90 all the same...any ideas other than to RMA by PSU??
