Means the board is dead right?
Video Card is seated properly however no video makes it to the monitor.
No beep codes at all, the speaker is connected properly.

Looking for an answer please, the EpoX support site is down because of upgrades.

Thank you.

No beep codes are normal. The board communicates via the two digit display on the bottom right hand corner of it. Check that.

Have checked vid card and monitor cord, its a Matrox G450 Dualhead.

The digital display is showing "FF"
The system starts up and the fans run, no other noise...

The "FF" means that it thinks that the OS has already taken over. "FF" is the code you should be getting when normally running after you load all the way into Windows. The ones I have worked with will erroneously give this error when I have a Netgear FA311 NIC installed. Do you have that in yours?

No, but I do have a Linksys Ethernet card, I will try removing it and see what happens.

I am pretty positive it is a bad motherboard...I just put in a GeForce2 MX to rule out the video card and once again, the same results.

I will order a new one and RMA this one, thanks.

Also - to reply to above post - I did clear CMOS before AND after removing the Ethernet card and replacing the Video card.
