No audio, reboot solves it until I play a certain game

I then tried playing audio in winamp and this is what i got

bad directsound driver. please install proper drivers or select another device in configuration. error code: 88780032

Any help here?

Any help here?

Check to see if the game's processes are still running. They might be "holding" directsound "hostage" until they are closed upon restart
