No audio from DVDs ripped with DVDshrink

Like the title says. When I'm in Media Center and have the sound going out through my coax to my reciever I have no sound. When I play the vids in Media center with my 2.1 system hooked up traditionally they work fine. When I play the ripped DVDs with PowerDVD I get sound thru the reciever and my system without any problems. When I look up the information it says that the sound is Dolby Digital 5.1.
