Often, lately, I have been waking up and not eating for a long period of time. Like today I woke up at 7:45am, didn't eat until 3 pm, just wasn't hungry until then, and even then i wasn't too hungry. I've been doing that a lot lately, would think it would be helpful for losing weight, but i don't see any results yet
- There have been many days in the past month or two where I've only had one meal a day.
Also yesterday, I woke up at 7am, and didn't eat until 9 PM, I only ate because i was out for someones birthday, I wasn't even hungry. That's crazy though, right? I mean, it's not normal to wake up and go 14 hours without eating. I'm sure I could have one of many diseases or disorders, let's try to narrow it down. Doesn't happen all the time, but it's happening more and more often.
