No answer from technical forum

I went to a web-site and it said that i needed "flash 6 or greater". Then it said that i needed a later version of "macromedia flash plugins" then what i had! the version of "macromedia flash player" that i have is the the one that i just downloaded from Shockwave or Macromedia.com....it's brand new. What do they mean that i need a later version of "macromedia flash plugins"? does anybody have a LINK to such an animal or where do i go to find it? thanks

I'm using XP pro.....it's a tyan board with a 500 mgh Pentium 3.....i have 640 mb of SDRAM....and i'm using a Viper 770 agp that has 32mb of ram.......does that help to understand my problem? thanks again.

Did you ReFresh your screen? Trying clearing out the cache.

You can try looking at this Flash Info and scroll down a ways, it has downloads for removal tools of Flash. I was thinking removing Flash and then reinstalling it.
